Order Cancellation and Modifications

At THEESSENTIALSFIT, we understand that changes or cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Below are the policies and procedures for cancellations, refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment begins.
  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Once an order has been processed for packaging and shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

  • The product does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, or it is incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
  • To request a refund, provide relevant details such as unpacking media, order number, and your name.
  • Customers are not charged shipping fees for exchanges due to defective or damaged items.
  • Refunds for buyer’s remorse are accepted, though return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all components and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • 6.9% + $1 administrative fee applies to canceled orders to cover processing costs.

Exceptions to Refunds or Returns

  • Refunds or reshipments are not provided for delays caused by factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address).
  • Refund exceptions apply in cases such as customs clearance issues or delays caused by natural disasters.
  • The company is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered but reported lost or stolen.

Return and Exchange Policies

Return Policy

  • Contact us via email to initiate a return.
  • Returned products must be unused and in new condition.
  • Customers bear all return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

  • Replacement items are provided at no additional cost if delivery failure is due to a shipping carrier error.
  • For incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Returns Not Accepted

  • Pre-order and custom-made items are final sale unless defective.
  • Orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.
  • Items delayed or detained by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Returns sent without prior notification.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery failure notification is received, we will contact the customer for resolution.
  • In cases where incorrect email information prevents response, the package may be destroyed, and the company cannot be held responsible for the loss.

International Shipping Considerations

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customers are encouraged to review their cart and shipping details carefully to avoid unnecessary cancellations or return requests.
